MOXI is highly effective for treating a wide range of concerns, including:

To aid with comfort, a topical numbing cream is applied before treatment. You will feel a hot, prickling sensation as the laser glides across the skin, although the treatment is completed in only 15-20 minutes. After the treatment, a cold compress is applied and provided for you to take home, allowing continued cooling until the warmth fully dissipates.
A typical MOXI treatment only takes 15-20 minutes to complete after the topical numbing cream has been activated. Including numbing time, each session takes 45-60 minutes.
Downtime with MOXI is minimal. The day following your treatment, your skin may appear red and a bit swollen. You may notice a rough, sandpaper-like texture and see small dark dots called MENDs where the laser was applied. Between days 3 and 5, the MENDs will slough off, revealing renewed skin beneath.
For optimal results, we recommend an initial series of 3-4 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart. Maintenance treatments once or twice per year help prolong your results and support healthy, youthful skin.
We recommend avoiding makeup for at least 24 hours post-treatment to prevent irritation and allow your skin to begin healing.
To ensure the treatment is safe and effective, discontinue the use of retinoids, exfoliants, and certain topical products 7 days before your session.
To maximize your results and protect your skin, we recommend the following aftercare:
+ Starting the day after your treatment, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily and avoid direct sun exposure, as your skin will be more sensitive to the sun.
+ For the first 48-72 hours, avoid heat-inducing activities such as intense exercise, hot showers, saunas, and spicy foods.
+ Until sensitivity has fully subsided, refrain from swimming or exposing your skin to chlorinated water. Additionally, avoid using active skincare products such as retinol, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), or physical exfoliants. Only apply gentle skincare products.
+ Avoid picking at the small dark dots (called MENDs) that will appear. The MENDs will flake off on their own as part of the skin’s healing process.

Improvements are visible within 14 to 30 days after their first session, with continued improvement over time. Full results are typically seen after completing the recommended treatment series or 3 to 4 sessions.
