Yes. Hydrafacial is safe and effective for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Treatments can be customized based on your skin concerns.

Not at all! Hydrafacial is a gentle, comfortable treatment. Most clients describe it as relaxing and refreshing.

We recommend arriving with a clean face if possible, but no worries if you’re wearing makeup; we’ll remove it before starting your Hydrafacial. Please avoid active skincare products (like retinol or exfoliants) for 72 hours beforehand to minimize sensitivity.

To maximize your results and protect your skin, we recommend the following aftercare:
+ For the first 24 hours, avoid heat-inducing activities such as intense exercise, hot showers, saunas, and spicy foods.
+ Refrain from swimming or exposing your skin to chlorinated water.
+ Disinfect your phone and avoid touching your face to minimize the risk of bacteria irritating your freshly treated skin.
+ For 5 to 7 days, avoid using active skincare products such as retinol, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), or physical exfoliants.
+ Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily, as your skin will be more sensitive to sun exposure.

For most skin types, we recommend a Hydrafacial every 4 weeks to maintain optimal skin health. If you’re working on a specific concern like acne or hyperpigmentation, we may suggest a more frequent treatment schedule.

+ Are currently using Accutane or have used it within the past 6 months
+ Have certain medical conditions impacting the lymphatic system
+ Have certain medical conditions or taking medications that cause bruising

Boosters are targeted serums included in the Deluxe and Platinum Hydrafacials to address specific concerns like acne, pigmentation, or aging. We carry a wide selection of boosters that are hand-picked by your Skin Therapist to best address your concerns.

Lymphatic drainage helps remove toxins, reduce puffiness, and improve circulation, giving your skin a more sculpted and refreshed appearance. It’s a popular add-on before important events such as vacations and weddings.

You’ll notice smoother, more hydrated, glowing skin immediately after your first treatment. When treating acne and pigmentation, about 3-9 sessions are typically recommended for transformative results.

There is no downtime with Hydrafacial. You can return to your normal activities immediately after your treatment when following proper aftercare.

Hydrafacials are typically not recommended for those who are pregnant but are generally considered safe for those nursing. As always, we recommend consulting with your OB-GYN before beginning any new skincare treatments.
